Vacuum regularly. Make sure to raise the vacuum beater bar to the highest level when vacuuming the rug.
Using the vacuum beater bar could damage the rug and will void the manufacturer's warranty.
Spills should be cleaned immediately using a clean white cloth. Rubbing hard isn't recommended, it may push the spill deeper into the rug.
Threads or loops that appear on the surface of the rug should be trimmed at rug level. Never pull a fiber thread out.
If you have a natural fiber rug, vacuum the area underneath the rug periodically.
Rotate your rug regularly to promote even wear on the rug's surface.
Exposing rugs to continuous direct sunlight. will cause colors to fade over time.
